7th November 2008
today saw me waking up on time, going to school just for radio tutorial then going back. I also tried for the first time ever in my life, "cow lungs"/Paru (from za's plate) which tasted surprisingly good. It had a nice texture.

Met up with ros at my house and headed to the Club 21 Bazaar. Afterwhich we shopped around in Marina Sq and had Thai Express. That was when ros reminded me that the last time we ate it together was a couple of years back before Luci's performance at ACM. HELLA CRAZY how time just flies like that.

I realize we cab alot together. Taxi-ed down to the Post Museum for Playground Photo Exhibition.

I expected to just see, admire the photos, bask in the atmosphere but i ended up seeing a couple of people i actually could recognize and hold a decent conversation with.

Escaped to a corner after ros grabbed a drink. Camwhoring with a DSLR still feels kinda wrong, somehow.





said our goodbyes at 9-ish, spotted a back alley and stopped for more photos. The most frustrating thing was after that when we tried to hail a cab (again, yes) home. None. Technically there were, but none stopped. So much for getting a cab more easily.

Oooh, the boyf books out today!

Met Carylyne at Lavender MRT and made our way to Pasir Ris. I still think we're very nice girlfs okay! Surprize didn'treally go according to plan, but we managed to stop them in time before they left anyway :b Had lunch at Xin Wang together before making our way home.

Spent the day walking around, basking in each others presence. Checked out shoes at peninsular plaza. I'm dying for new shoes ): The puma one doesn't have my sizeeeee, i have (extremely) small feet ):

Went down to taka to help filz out with some surveys, and proceeded to The Cathay after going to see more shoes at Far East. That's where the plan started. The boyfriend was still clueless when i casually suggested trying out Aston's at The Cathay. Little did he know that his friends were already there :3 Wern started queueing once we reached but i pulled him in and to the outdoor dining area.

Still damnnn blur, he was kinda lost at what was happening. Hahahha!


blur, but happy nonetheless because he gets to meet up with his friendszzz (he thought he wouldn't get the chance to till 2 weeks later because he only had 1.5 days out and that was kinda filled up by his family and I)

after the food, i brought out the cake and the unsuspecting boyf got a surprise once again.

so egggciting.

the cake has two big candles and two Happy Birthday tags because I found out the day before that his friend, Damien's birthday is one day before Wern's (they're both 20 this year!). However, he was extremely paiseh about it and refused to acknowledge that part of the cake was his. Hahahhaa!

bwahaha, they kept scaring him with other things they wanted to do to him after dinner which left him damn paranoid, lol. (think strip him naked in the middle of the street, smearing cake over his entire face and forehead, etc) Hope you enjoyed your surprises, b! love you! :3

p/s: Wern's actual birthday is on the 17th November but he'll be in NS till 21st, thus the early celebration.

Met the boyf for a bit in the afternoon. He bought his sneakers already ): Exceptionally silent ride to bedok for him to pick up his stuff and go to Pasir ris for book-in at 8pm. Didn't follow.

Met e8 at Raffles City instead. Dined at Shokudo.
